Sheila Kitzinger • www.sheilakitzinger.com Sheila is one of the leaders in the politics of birth. Ayun Halliday • www.ayunhalliday.com Ayun is a former Elizabeth Seton client and wonderful writer. Her zine "The East Village Inky" and her book, The Big Rumpus capture motherhood and all it's ups and downs gloriously. Hip Mama • www.hipmama.com This is a left-leaning online zine which deals with politics and motherhood in the same breath. Proof that you don't have to stop protesting or using your brain just because you have a child! She offers classes both in Manhattan and in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
